You have 14 days to return your goods to us. Please ensure your items are packaged in the original packaging where possible and enclose a copy of the receipt along with a short note stating the reason for your return. We suggest that you return your items by recorded post and retain proof of postage. Returns are at your own expense unless you have received the wrong items or your goods are faulty. In these cases you will receive a full refund. 


We will be happy to exchange any item for you provided we have the available stock. Failing that, a full refund will be given. Exchanges, unless incorrect or faulty will be at your own expense. Any mistakes on our end (or postal damages) will be covered by us. 
Please note: goods will not be posted out at weekends and bank holidays so please allow longer during these periods. 

Sale Items 

We do not refund on sale items unless received in a faulty condition.

We aim to make sure that all of our images are representative of our products, though image quality and clarity may vary depending on the device used to browse our site. 


All sizes are approximate and may vary. 

Care of Items 

Please when trying on clothing make sure you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant that could mark or stain the garments. We cannot accept returns that have been damaged by the customer. 


Once you have received your jewellery, please take care of it by keeping it in a cloth bag and/or wrapped in tissue to stop it from becoming scratched and tarnished. Sadly, all costume jewellery will tarnish over time so the more care you take of it the longer you will have the joy of wearing it. Silver jewellery will naturally become tarnished once exposed to the air but can be kept looking as good as new with a silver cloth every now and then. 
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.  

Gift Vouchers & Promotions 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase 
All gift vouchers must be redeemed prior to expiry date 
Under no circumstances will any gift vouchers' expiry date be extended 
Your gift voucher is proof of purchace. If lost, it is invalidated and cannot be replaced 
All gift vouchers are non-refundable and no change will be given if the full amount is not spent 
Promotional codes are only valid for the time stated on out website. 
Items bought using a promotional code will be refunded or exchanged at the value after discount; exceptions will be made if exchanging for the same item.
