Who are we?
Lilac & Lily’s is a small, independent retailer nestled into the Needham Market high street at the heart of Suffolk, England.
Opened in 2015 by owner Maria and best friend Sue, Lilac & Lily's has established itself as a much loved shopping landmark in the sleepy Suffolk town.
We stock an eclectic range of cards, jewellery, furniture, clothes, toys and unique gifts.
Our Story
Started with a desire to personalise the retail experience and encouraged by her best friend Sue, owner Maria has spent the last five years growing the business. The pair haven’t looked back since and continue to work side by side.
With a collective background in the industry spanning more than three decades and extensive knowledge ranging from fashion to interior design, gifts and more, Maria and her staff have curated a business filled with unique goods – including those ethically sourced, such as Bamboo Clothing - from well-known wholesalers and independent merchants.
While undoubtedly still the go-to location for a personal shopping experience, traditional brick and mortar stores can only reach so far. Eager for new opportunities and custom, Lilac & Lily’s has finally made the jump to online trading.
Our Goal
From the beggining, Lilac & Lily's was about providing every customer with a welcoming, personalized shopping experience. Our stock is chosen in the pursuit of providing a genuinely unique collection for shoppers who are looking to find something different.
As we grow and as the world changes, we have endevoured to bring that same ethos online, with regular blog updates and social media posts - we hope to stay connected with you as if you were chatting with us in-store.
