July marks the one year anniversary of our website and in the month leading up to it we wanted to, not only, say thank you for supporting us and the site over the last 11 months but to give you a chance to help us improve our customer experience online (and there may even be a £30 gift voucher in it for you!) 

 

This time last year, we were behind the scenes, frantically trying to cobble together this site in the wake of the pandemic and although we are incredibly proud of everything we have achieved, we were unable to implement everything we wanted into the site for various, not very interesting reasons. 

 

Now, with shops cautiously reopening, customers are back in store and that has given us a bit more time to refresh the site and improve the user experience. 

 

When we first went live with the site, we said we wanted to keep the same customer experience as we had in-store and that includes hearing your comment and feedback. 

 

So, to help improve the site and for a chance to win a £30 gift voucher to be used in-store or online, we’re asking you to comment on the relevant Facebook post "How to win a £30 Gift Voucher" with a suggestion of what we can do to improve your online shopping experience. We want to hear your feedback, good and bad and so long as it’s constructive, your name will be put into a raffle with a winner being pulled at random. The name will be drawn on 31st of June 2021!
