Where do we go from here? 

 

Well I think I can safely say that 2020 wasn’t the year we had all expected or hoped for! A pandemic, lockdowns and isolation from our family and friends; the latter has been the hardest for me and many others. Strange times indeed! 

 

So here we are in 2021 with new hopes and expectations for the future of our families, friends and businesses and dare I say holidays! We all want things to go back to ‘normal’ so that we can get on with our lives and we will! 

 

So what is next for Lilac & Lily’s? Well, like most businesses, we have experienced a challenging year and if I am honest, at times I have considered throwing in the towel but I am not a quitter! Our little business has grown from strength to strength since we started it five years ago and we are not going to give up now. 

 

Thanks to all you lovely, gorgeous people out there, we had an amazing December in the shop and our online business has now started to take off. I know I have said it many times before but I really can’t thank you all enough. 

 

I know I have been a little absent from social media recently but that is because I have been working behind the scenes, clearing out the stock room, preparing sale and most importantly sourcing new products. 

 

With the absence of trade shows again this year sourcing new stock has been challenging but thanks to some of our regular suppliers bringing out new and exciting products and a couple of new suppliers, we don’t think you will be disappointed.

It has always been our aim to bring you something a little bit different and to supply good friendly customer service. We love what we do and we love you for loving what we do! We will carry on as long as you want us to and we are able. 

 

We can’t wait to see you all on the other side but in the mean time please stay positive, stay safe and most importantly stay well.
